The location here is very comfortable in the desert, the staff is efficient, and requests are handled quickly, plus the breakfast offers lots of good food.

Room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel is minutes away from resorts.

Newly renovated family-friendly place, it has convenient location very close to the outlet mall, both Palm Springs and other desert cities, and both Palm Springs downtown and El Paseo. The staff is brilliantly helpful and the atmosphere is friendly.

The room was brand new and pet-friendly, with amenities like a couch, kitchenette, and plenty of closet space. Having a bathtub in the separate bathroom was a nice touch. the staff were all very efficient, and the check-in process was early. the atmosphere in the hotel was consistently friendly.

Easy access to street. Controlled by stoplight.

'#106 was too close to street and trailer park in back. Noise was loud sometime. #117 was on the inside and quiet although next to pool. We liked the couch and extra room.

I appreciated 2 nights there. The food was good. The atmosphere of the place was friendly. They offered a standard king room. The hotel had a central position not far from Palm Springs downtown, Palm Springs, Red Lion Inn in Cathedral City, and the mountains.

The location was good for our visit in Date Palm. The staff was very nice in that I had a small accident while there and broke my leg, and we had to move to a different resort in order for me to have better accomodations with my leg. They only ended up charging us for a one night stay.

The room that we were given didn't appear to have been used for some time and had a little bit of a musty smell. You could tell that some remodling had been done in the bathroom, however, it still had some unfinisthed appearances and the room carpet could have used a cleaning.

THe pool is till not heated. They said the heater was broken, but this is the 3rd year in a row it's been broken. Minor issues in room that were never resolved - fridge didn't work the entire trip and no plug for bath tub.

My stay at Red Lion Inn & Suites in Cathedral City was fantastic! I was in town for a weekend getaway and found the hotel to be conveniently located near a Big Lots store and bus stop. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to slide on the $40 deposit one day. The breakfast selection was great, although I wish there were more fruit options. The manager was awesome and the overall experience was enjoyable!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Red Lion. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering a variety of options to suit any palate. The hotel also had rooms with kitchenettes, which made it convenient to cook our own meals. The staff was friendly and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The breathtaking views of the surrounding area made this stay truly unforgettable. The value for the price was exceptional, and I can't wait to return! I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The bathroom wasn't clean. The countertop and backsplash had built up grime on it. I mentioned this to the front desk on our second day at your hotel and was told that they would mention it to housekeeping to correct - nothing was done. There was also coffee or something else spilled down the wall in front of the sofa that was never cleaned. Our empty liquor bottles stayed in our room for four out of the five days before they were removed.

We were very happy and pleased with the service given to us by the Front Desk Manager, Brian Wickland.. We had an unusual circumstance in our own residential area (our home) so we were able to be comfortable with this Quality Inn; especially since we had to be with our room there from Saturday until the following Wednesday.
